I'm Andrew C. Jacobus — a workforce strategy executive with 25+ years of experience turning data into insights, plans, and decisions that matter. Over the course of my career, I've served as a member of executive teams at organizations ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to high-growth tech startups, always at the intersection of data, people, and performance.

My work spans the full value chain: from building infrastructure and high-performing teams from scratch, to designing executive-level strategy, to delivering the tactical models and dashboards that make strategy real. I operate with equal fluency whether I'm advising a CHRO, collaborating with a data engineering team, or presenting to a board.
